When it comes to AmeriPlan compensation plan, the company’s affiliates are allowed to sell their monthly to both personally sponsored affiliates and retail customers.
Commission Qualifications
In order to qualify for AmeriPlan commissions, you must be an active member. This means that you either have to sell at least one monthly subscription to a retail customer or purchase one yourself. There are no mandatory autoships.
Direct Subscription Commission Payout
This type of commission is paid out when you sell a monthly subscription to a retail customer. All the commissions are paid in advance because the company believes that the customers will continue to pay the monthly subscription for at least five months.

Residual Income Commissions
This commission is paid out via a unilevel compensation plan. The system places one affiliate at the top of a team. Affiliates recruited by you are placed directly beneath you (level 1). Affiliates recruited by level 1 member are placed directly under them (level 2) and so on and so forth.
The business pays out residual commissions on a percentage of the subscription volume generated by each generation within your unilevel team.
Sales Team Bonus
You are eligible for a sales team bonus of $500 once your downline team sells 50 or more monthly subscriptions. This bonus is only eligible for affiliates below the Regional Sales Director (RSD) rank.
Centennial Club
This bonus is available if you manage to sell at least four subscriptions per month or generate 100 points in new subscriptions volume. If either of these conditions are achieved you will earn a bonus of $2,500.
Vacation Trip
If you and your downline sells at least 50 AmeriPlan subscriptions per month, you will qualify for a 7 days and 6 night vacation trip plus a cash bonus of $10,000.
Cadillac Club Bonus
If you manage to generate $50,000 or more in a period of one year (12 months), you will qualify for a leased Cadillac.
Is Ameriplan Pyramid Scheme or Scam?
Obviously they have had some problems with a court case but then all top MLM companies seem to have those problems. Ameriplan is definitely not a pyramid scheme or a scam it is a well established company and the products that they sell are things that are well in demand.
Cost to Join AmeriPlan
In order to join AmeriPlan you will be required to pay an annual membership fee of $24.95.
Conclusion
AmeriPlan offers a product to sell to retail customers and sponsored affiliates, so it is not a scam. In addition, the business has been in operation for over two decades now. If you feel that you have strong sales and marketing skills, AmeriPlan can make you rich. You only need to sponsor as many people as you can and take advantage of the benefits that they provide. And sponsoring people when the product is something they need anyways makes life easier.
However you still need to be able to do attraction marketing otherwise you will struggle.
